Arms: An outline: issuant from dexter chief a ray of light bendwise charged with an open book; upon a grassy and flowered mound above two barrulets wavy and the number 1769, in dexter a pine grove whence proceed two Natives walking to sinister, the sinister native holding an open book, and in sinister Dartmouth Hall issuant from sinister in front of deciduous trees.
