Sample Certificate of Registration
After your coat of arms is registered, you can order a certificate of registration that includes the blazon and drawing of your heraldic design. The certificate of registration is professionally printed in color on 90# white archival paper. The text in the certificate will reflect the type of registration. A proof-copy of the certificate will be sent by email and must be approved by the purchaser before the certificate is printed. Also, the certificate will be displayed with your online registration information on this website.
You may submit an electronic copy of your arms drawn by a third party for inclusion in the certificate. Please submit the drawing to arms@usheraldicregistry.com. If you do not have a drawing of your arms, you can order a drawing and certificate here.
The Registry can frame your certificate. Our framed documents are double matted and mounted in a high-quality, walnut-stained, solid wood, decorator frame under picture frame glass. The outside dimensions of the frame are approximately 14 inches x 17 inches.
How to Order
First, if you have not registered the heraldic design, use the appropriate online form to do so. Second, click on the "Add to Cart" button for each item you would like to order. Shipping will appear in your shopping cart after you add an item. We take payment securely through PayPal (all major credit cards). A PayPal account is not required for these secure transactions. An 8 1/2 x 11 inch certificate professionally printed in color on 90# white archival paper. Price does not include the cost of original artwork. If you do not furnish your own drawing, you should order a drawing and certificate here instead.
